advancing INTERSECTIONAL
GENDER EQUITY

“For many Black women and women of colour, living and leading their lives at work comes with a systemically influenced emotional tax and fatigue. This is further compounded by race and gender, supported by systemic and structural forms of racism, sexism, and other forms of intersecting identities – this is what we call the Third Bind in leadership. That kind of systemic discrimination is faced at all levels by many leaders of colour impacting their economic equity, psychological well-being with potential long term impact on their career journey.”

– Karlyn Percil, CEO of KDPM Consulting Group

KDPM CONSULTING GROUP PRESENTS:
Understanding the Black Experience.

Psychological Safety Research.

We challenge unsafe workplaces and cultures that negatively impact the lives of Black and Indigenous women of colour. Join us and make workplaces safer where Black women can thrive at work and in life. How can we make workplaces safer for all women?  Historically the "all women" approach has left the psychological needs for safety for Black, Indigenous and women of colour off the table. Research shows us that Black women are treated differently in the workplace. Join KDPM Group for this ground breaking research to help organisations and HR Leaders to better understand how to create safe workplaces for Black women.
