GENDER EQUITY

“For many Black women and women of colour, living and leading their lives at work comes with a systemically influenced emotional tax and fatigue, with an additional source of anxiety in the form of daily discrimination by – compounded by race and gender, sometimes intentional due to systemic and structural racism and sexism, sometimes unconscious – this is what we call the Third Bind in leadership. That kind of systemic discrimination is faced at all levels by many leaders of color impacting their psychological, economic and overall well-being and career.”
