It requires trust, vulnerability, and the courage to believe you've always been worthy. For women of colour, receiving challenges deeply ingrained narratives about proving worth through constant doing and authors in new narratives that support our full self-sovereignty.

L: LEAD WITH CREATIVE CAPITAL/Authority

Free yourself by expressing your voice, creativity, and leadership style rooted in multicultural wisdom. Cultural Authority means you no longer need permission to be brilliant. Your cultural authority gives you the right to take up space.

O: OWNERSHIP OF YOUR STORY

Claim your complete leadership narrative, both the challenges and triumphs. Your "elephant stories" (experiences rooted in shame, fear, or guilt) become sources of power when you own them with compassion. What held you hostage can become what sets you free.

W: WISDOM IN COMMUNITY

Recognize that your brightest glow emerges in Community. Sisterhood and collective wisdom amplify individual brilliance. When we build psychological trust with each other, we create space for all of us to shine without dimming our light or our brilliance. Map your Community and power circle.
