Supporting Black women, including newcomers, in navigating corporate spaces and reclaiming their cultural identity.

THE IMPACT

Target achievement of 75% increase in participant knowledge regarding corporate navigation and a 75% improvement in understanding culturally relevant resources.

  • A three-session curriculum covering "Brave Spaces," "Psychological Safety," and "HR Navigation".

  • A "Code-Switching Reduction Strategy" and a "30/60/90-day Career Advancement Plan".
